Nicole Brinkmann Reeves
Senior Research Data Analyst
As Senior Research Data Analyst for The Polis Center, Nicole supports the research, analysis, and data visualizations we create with and for community-based organizations, public agencies, local governments, researchers, and citizens. She provides leadership in the design and implementation of applied social science research projects and in the selection of appropriate statistical methods, models, and software; develops center-wide best practices; and manages resources to meet research and project objectives and reports. Prior to joining Polis, Nicole was a business analyst for American Chemical Society and served as a faculty member at the University of Notre Dame’s Dept. of Chemistry and Biochemistry and First Year Studies. She is participating in the Harvard Business Analytics Program which includes modern data science methods, business courses, and certification. Nicole graduated from The University of Georgia with a PhD in physical chemistry and earned a B.A. degree in chemical physics with a minor in mathematics from The College of Wooster.
